[Notice] Using fireworks

We’ve become aware of a bug that allows users to harass the test center with Fireworks, I’m not going to dive into details here on how to recreate it, but instead to warn you not to use it.

It hurts everyone, and your efforts seriously under-mind the vast amount of work that is being put into this. We’ll fix the bug, and in the mean time anyone caught exploiting this bug to harass other players or the test center in general will be dealt with accordingly.
