Hey all. Just wanted to see how things are going here. Looking to gauge interest in the Pre-cu emulator here. (I like post-cu the best, tbh but hey). How are things here? I acutally still play SWG but have been debating coming to the emulator.

I play on bria, and would be looking to go to the bria-reborn. I play on the east coast of the U.S. How many people are online on the servers around 8pm EST? How is the PvP (my main interest)?

Only the test server is up so far, and it looks promising :)
Big SWG vet myself, still have active accounts just stubed in the hope SOE roles back a server cluster to pre cu with some of the better (story questlines) and heroic encounters etc elements of post NGE :) maybe one of these days SOE and Lucas Arts will clue in.

Offcourse there are issues with rubber banding etc so far on Core 3 just like pre CU SOE. Shows there is alot of things SOE fixed server side, that the EMU team now also has to resolve.

Its actually amazing what the EMU team has accomplished so far, the test server is actually very playable :) and fun…frustrating the EMU Devs a bit cause were suppost to be testing not playing and PVP RPG etc yet :)

Big thanks to EMU team and all those that support it, work is greatly appreciated.

Wow sounds awesome =) What is the name of the test server that is running?

and if there is ONLY 1 test server running, what are all of these “bria reborn” etc style servers i’m seeing adds requesting players to join all over the internet. Are they also test servers that are privately run?

I’d want to join whatever server has the most population.

So when you install the game, what is the name of the main test server?

I’m New Here Myself Played SWG for 5 years And For the Past 6 Months It’s Been Dead On My End My Guilds Are Falling Apart And Nothing New In the Game That I Like the Freaking Card Game Is Kiling the Game Now.SoI Thought I’d Try the EMU but Still Having Problems Logging IOn to it Tells Me I’m Not a Member of the Foums. So Here I Am.

How do you get this to work?
Maybe I have over looked the Newbie web guide maybe someone might point me to the right direction how to install this game? I have been Playing SWG for almost 5 years now

Nah this not dead.. we here :) just busy grinding and testing and giving the Bug report to the dev team.

As for playing Swgemu it’s the name and pw you register with the main http://www.swgemu.com/ that you use to play.

Long time SW fan and active accounts myself,but introduce of GCW flying superhero faction cap.. i figure my 5yrs are over time to leave and help out here.
